  • Standard Shipping: ₹49 to ₹149 (depending on weight and delivery location)

  • Free Shipping: For orders above ₹999 (post-discount value)

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment.


3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of any delays (stock issues or address verification), we will contact you via email or phone.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote or Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather, courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with:

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking ID or URL

6. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted logistics providers like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely and safe deliveries.


7. Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order on the first attempt, a second attempt will be made. If both attempts fail, the order will be returned to us. We will contact you to confirm the next steps (reshipment or cancellation with applicable charges).


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or if any item is missing:

  • Please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

  • Alternatively, if already accepted, take pictures and share them with us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will investigate and assist you with a replacement or refund where applicable.
